Membership Questions

No, being a member of Hamptons Lane is all about the perks. Once you become a member you will have a credit card on file so that you can receive any boxes you wish to receive, can easily order products from our shop, and can add on extras with ease. Members don’t have to pay any extra, but they do get member pricing on boxes and free shipping on their monthly shipment.
We believe that it’s your kitchen, so you should decide what goes in it. Each month you will have the opportunity to receive our themed box for that month, but you always have the choice to skip it, free of charge. On the first of the month, we will show you the box and you have until the 5th of the month to tell us if you would like to skip it, gift it to a friend, or swap it for a different box. You can skip, gift, or swap as often as you like.

If you would like to alter your membership so you only get a box every other month, you can select that option on your Manage My Membership page in the Account section.
You have until the 5th of the month to skip that month’s box, so if you are within that time frame simply log into your account and select “opt out” on the box page. If it is past the 5th and you wish to opt out, send us an email at orders@hamptonslane.com. If your box has not yet shipped, we may be able to help you out and hold your order.

Absolutely – we understand that sometimes circumstances change (travel, busy time of year, trying to save money). You may want to pause your membership for 1, 2, or 3 months. You can select that option on your Manage My Membership page in the Account section at no extra charge.

Shipping Questions

When your order ships, we will send you an email with you tracking information. If you haven’t received an email or can’t find it, please email orders@hamptonslane.com and we will help you track it down.
Currently, no, but that doesn’t mean we don’t love you! If you want to get our box, drop us a note. We are looking to expand, and with that we will follow demand. Send all requests to info@hamptonslane.com.
We do, but we may ask you to pay extra for shipping depending on the size of the box. If you have questions, send us a note and we can help you out! Email orders@hamptonslane.com.

On the off chance that this happens, please email orders@hamptonslane.com with an photo of your damaged product and we will be happy to send you a new product or credit your Hamptons Lane account.
If you are not 100% satisfied with your product from Hamptons Lane club, send us an email to orders@hamptonslane.com for a free prepaid return label.
We are happy to accept returns of open unused boxes and of other unopened products from the Hamptons Lane shop, up to 30 days from the ship date, in exchange for credit towards a future box or future store purchase. For a full cash refund to your original method of payment, there would be a restocking fee of $6 applied and deducted from any refund.
Please allow 10 business days after we receive your return at the warehouse for inspection and processing. All Cash refunds or Credit will be automatically applied to original payment method per your Hamptons Lane account. For subscription box orders, you may only return the entire box and not individual products.

Billing Questions

That’s silly, of course not! We will never charge you for skipping a box, and you will never get penalized for doing so. When you are ready for another one, we will send a box your way.
Log into your Account section to make any changes to your billing information.
If you think you were billed in error, sent a product you didn’t order, or received something that was broken, please email orders@hamptonslane.com immediately. We will help you solve the problem and process refunds and returns as needed for any error on our part.

Box Questions

All food products have some sort of shelf life associated with them, but we will never send you anything that could arrive perished or that will perish within 2 weeks of receiving (most last for up to a year or more). You won’t be receiving any fresh fruits or veggies from us!
If you want to gift an individual box, you can purchase that box in the store and have it shipped to your lucky recipient (or to yourself to give to them in person). If you would like to gift a membership, go to hamptonslane.com/gifts and select the membership length you would like to give. Any questions, please email orders@hamptonslane.com.
If you want to order multiple boxes at once, but outside of your monthly shipment, go to our shop and place your purchase there. If you need help with multiple shipping addresses, an exceptionally large order, or any questions at all with multiple box orders, send us a note at orders@hamptonslane.com and we can help you out.
Unfortunately, no, our fulfillment system does not support custom boxes, but we do try to avoid including products that contain common allergens. If you are particularly concerned about an item or want to talk about ways to improve our product around the subject of allergens, please reach out to info@hamptonslane.com.

Your Ideas

Referral Program

We apply the credits when the order and the charge processes, so you will see it come through as soon as you are charged on your account and credit card statement. Any questions, please email info@hamptonslane.com.
You can get $20 credit when you refer your friends and they join (and they will get $10 credit when they purchase!). To refer friends, be sure they sign up using your referral link. You can find it in your Account section.

Gifting

If you would like to gift a membership, go to hamptonslane.com/gifts and select the membership length you would like to give. Any questions, please email orders@hamptonslane.com.
If you want to gift an individual box, you can purchase that box in the store and have it shipped to your lucky recipient (or to yourself to give to them in person). You can also gift your monthly shipment. Simply select the gift option when you go through the opt out process so you can redirect your package to your loved one.
Gift certificates and gift cards are non-refundable and ineligible for returns. The pre-paid fee is also non-refundable.
