We deliver to the home a monthly themed box of artisan ingredients (shelf stable, full size) and unique kitchen tools, along with recipes, to make a special meal for friends and family. Past “culinary experience” boxes include: Modern Moroccan, Spanish Tapas, American Breakfast, French Kitchen, Crepes, etc. The online shop allows for easy reordering of favorite artisan foods & ingredients, along with tools and table-top items.
Hamptons Lane is looking for someone who is passionate about cooking and is experienced in digital marketing and customer acquisition. Working alongside the CEO, the Chief Curator, and our CTO, the Growth Marketing head will focus on key scalable channels, such as Facebook, and crack these channels for expansion.
As Growth Marketing Manager/Director, you will be an integral part of a small, entrepreneurial team in a fast-paced and dynamic startup environment. Through market research and continuous testing, you will develop and implement forward-thinking, creative marketing strategies aimed at generating leads, growing sales, and driving revenue. From addressing broad questions of brand positioning and consumer communications to the daily management of conversion analytics by channel, you are constantly seeking new ways to raise awareness about Hamptons Lane and convert leads to loyal customers. You will also assist our founder and CEO with partnership development and serve as the primary point of contact for external promotions and marketing partnerships.
